UNEXPECTATONS

As with everyone else, I think, I have had a varying degree of expectations my entire life. In my youngest memories, I believed in Santa Clause, the Easter Bunny and the Tooth Fairy; I put my baby teeth under my pillow, fully expecting to be rewarded, as faithfully I was! HA, but alas, this was childhood! This was when my state of mind largely depended on whether I had too much sugar or soda pop in my little body. more

The Glory Of Her Flight

As she moved with the music, her body became one with the melody. Barely aware, she fearlessly soared with the heights, and recklessly dove with the lows of rhythm. Her mind became deplete of conscious thought as the notes of the song penetrated her, through and through, she allowed its complete invasion, rejoicing in the emancipation of her senses and the glory of her flight.

The pulsating sensations of the drum had taken over the beat of her heart and she gave herself utterly to it. She was being carried to a new level of awareness of the quintessence of herself in its purest and most raw examination. She was celestial now, floating on her sensitivity, her mind newly awakened to the desires and requests of her own body, ready and inclined to explore the possibilities.

As suddenly as it had begun, the melodic whisperings stopped, ceasing abruptly and putting to a close the beauty which had become her flight. Her body, unable to hurriedly comply was languid in it’s response to the silence, rebelling against its own nature to move, and be moved. Sluggish and listlessly, she drew her posture back up to stance and turned slowly to take in her surroundings.

A warm blush crept into Darcy’s cheeks as she began to look upon the faces that were watching her and the expressions and emotions she now witnessed.  Gingerly she walked from the dance floor, as gradually the applause erupted into a. thunderous roar, the crowd’s appreciation becoming evident in their great enthusiasm and passionate display. They too had been swept away with the music, following Darcy’s dance easily; as easily as she herself seemed to be taken up; carried away in the glory of her flight.

Earth, Wind and Fire ... Fantasy

Every man has a place, in his heart there's a space,
and the world can't erase his fantasies
Take a ride in the sky, on our ship fantasii
all your dreams will come true, right away... more

I am wretched, Father, I am poor in spirit!
But YOU are not!

I am as the ass' ass.
As the ass' ass I keep myself out of the ass' face.
(I have learned to keep my mouth shut)

Occasionally though, I do flatulate!   More!
